Di Di Disney Reeeeeemixxx

Disney Music just got an update.

This video they creatively re-edit the scenes from Snow White to produce a remixed soundtrack from their sound effects & dialogue audio.

Pretty cool if they play this when I go clubbing lol.

Emerging Actor

Mr. Michael Fassbender

He has been in a lot of great films in these past years and I predict he is soon to be one of the best actors in the industry. He has starred in 300 , Inglourious BasterdsX-Men: First Class

This is his upcoming next film: Shame

This film will be viewable in Sydney on 9th February 2012. I'm excited.

The latest technology...

I hear more bad stories than useful ones with these smart phones...

Signature Photos

There's a lot of people into photography these days. Amateurs, professionals, enthusiasts, hipsters, etc

Everybody tries to find some sort of signature style into their photos or work out a formula that works for them.

Kai Ziehl has his own style. Working with Black and White he deals with the symmetry around us. The patterns that we might not notice in the world around us.

They are pretty amazing check them out.

Wanted Skill

After looking at this video I REALLY wanna learn sewing and garment making!!!

Unfortunately my home is waaay too small for these kind of assignments to happen. Imagine if I could just wear everything custom made for myself, it would be perfect. I can make that jacket I've always dreamt of and many other menswear!!!

Don;t you think cranking up the speed makes everything looks so easy? It looks like I could've done that myself in two hours!!! lol

Skate Film

A lot of the skate videos you see on YouTube, Vimeo... etc is made by skaters. All filmed just to purely show off the sick tricks they pull off and show you some of their "cool lifestyle" and stuff them all in like a 4min mix tape of hardcore skating.

Watch this trailer to feel the difference of professional film makers.

Ben Sherman Conversations

Ben Sherman is putting two artists in two different fields together in a room and force them to wear their clothes (which isn't bad at all) and make them talk to each other about modernism and how they work their craft.

I picked to show Part: 2 to you cause it's got a photographer, and musicians are always interesting anyway. So hope you guys get inspired by some of their talks and admire some menswear along the way. lol

The blue shawl cable knit looks pretty fine to me. Christmas is near and I'm a size Small for Ben Sherman :)

Japanese Swords

Korehira Watanabe is one of the last 30 ancient sword makers left in Japan.

After this video don't you think you just want to hold one of his swords to feel the art of it?

Cheat Perfume

I know most of us aren't married et but this can be useful? for men in the future. It's a perfume that spray a smell that covers up other fragrances and make it your excuse to your partners. For example the "My car broke down" will make you smell like grease, oil, and rusty metal. So remember which one you bought and think of your story before you make that phone call or walk into your house.

Hyper Realism

If Tjalf Sparnaay is called Mega Realism then this guy is Hyper Realism

Paul Cadden uses graphite and pastel to sketch extreme realistic drawings of people and place.

Although the graphite drawings are more realistic, the pastel has more emotions to it in my opinion.

Wall St Campaign

As some of you know there's a protest going on in NYC's Wall St about our global finance.

These people made a creative video to promote their protest.

Life is Beautiful

Graffiti Street Art has already become one of the Art movements in the modern history. Banksy is their icon of the movement. There are other several artists around that changes the culture of it all.

Someone named Thierry Guetta documented this entire scene of the art of graffiti. He is the only person to have footage of Banksy's art in progress.

If you want to know how to become a millionaire within two years time. You better watch this film.

I think I'm posting waaaay too much Graffiti stuff on this blog lol I don't know why but it's so interesting... Anyone interested in doing some Street Art with me this summer???

Fashion Photography DVD Guide

I've been following Melissa Rodewell's blog for more than half a year now and almost every post from her I learn something new about photography. The lighting, the control and visual vision... She now has released a DVD teaching all the stuff you need to know about the fashion photography industry... for a price of $299. Looking at the trailer it really is a DVD worth having, but I don't have that much spare cash to spend on a DVD. If anyone is buying let me know!!!

The Tweed Run

I missed out on the Tweed Run in Sydney this year July cause... I simple don't have tweed! I wish I had though but it's an expensive, luxurious activity.

If I can afford a better bike, clothes and sport a tache then I would gladly be joining it next year!!!

Graffiti Art

This video show you how a Graffiti is made from scratch.

I want that front basket on his bike. It'll soooo useful!!

Panasonic DMC-GH2 Night Test Shots

The only photos I was satisfied with... others I had difficulty tuning the right settings to get my ideal shot.

I attempt to take photographs that are similar to the one of the masters. Failing?

Baking

If all cooking video looks as beautiful as this then it would really encourage me baking.

Tape Art

Skilfully scratching to work on a picture. No Tracing over, just pure accuracy of the picture. I wish I could do that!

The Mo

There's a lot to judge on a person's face. For example, in a man (or woman) the moustache can be very manipulative.

Don't believe me?
Check  these out.

Dear Photograph

Picture is worth a thousand words. 2 pictures is worth millions of words. Dearphotograph.com uses a a photo to layer over the same location to contrast the time and memories. Captions below adds depth to what it means to the photographer. You should try this at home too.

Photos with meanings

Wouldn't it be nice to be there right now?

I think alot of times people takes beautiful looking photos, but when you look into it you can't feel anything. The photo itself feels meaningless and it's just visually beautiful. Michael Hall's photos gives me more than stunning stills. It feels like it is sending us a message, or telling a story. It's not just photos to skim through but pause for a period to consume, admire, study. They are really "complete".

Relaxed Sketches

I think because of the Manga culture in Japan, drawing just becomes the nations hobby. There are numerous talented artists in Japan that doesn't even draw professionally. I just found this artist posting his/her works weekly and they just seem like free time doodles. They are still pretty impressive, nailing the human proportions and works with colour well. Interesting point about this artist is that he/she just casually draws sexual sketches, not necessarily to stimulate or provoke anyone but it just feels like a everyday casual sketch. Just like when your lying around your house alone naked, it has eased up feel to it.

It's Better in the Wind

I've always been more fascinated by bikes than cars. This video clip just makes me fall in love with Triumph. The feeling of the wind blowing on your face on the road. Taking full control swinging left and right skimming pass cars, bumps, road kills and puddles. The feeling of being free, by yourself with just you, your bike and your passage. I wish I can take these sort of road trips with my friends around Australia.

This video just makes me feel free, joy, not "living on the edge" but just appreciating life, the surrounds.

Anyone feeling the impulse to get a bike???

Uniqlo at NYC

I really wished that I could live in the northern hemisphere, where it snows at Christmas, Summer on the break and fashion is ahead.

New York City opens up it's first Uniqlo store. WHEN THE HELL IS OUR TURN?!?!?!

The Zara store in Sydney looks like everything unsold in northern hemisphere thrown on to our racks... I wish it would be better when Uniqlo plans to open down here in Sydney!!!

My sleepless nights

After 2 weeks battle with my right brain, I can finally announce that my design studio is over.
